From the I-495 Outer Loop (South of Washington D.C.) 

Take I-95 South toward Richmond  
Text Exit 166A to merge onto VA-286 S/Fairfax 
County Parkway toward Fairfax County/Newington/Fort Belvoir 
Continue straight on VA-286 S for approximately 2.5 miles. 
Turn left on John J Kingman Rd. 
Take 2nd right and proceed through security checkpoint.
